15+ years in education, particularly in the professional development of teachers in public and private educational institutions. I develop and implement initiatives aimed at improving formal and informal education for children and adults at the regional and national levels.

- As of 2025, the Kharkiv Educational Center for Teachers, Parents and Kids “MDE AND MY SCHOOL” is the only private center of this type in Ukraine, in particular and in Eastern Europe in general. UAH 20 million was involved in the activities of the Center, as well as in the team’s charitable projects.
- As of 2025, 420+ educational institutions, 200+ trainers and 100+ permanent partners were united around the idea of high-quality coaching support for Ukrainian education.
- In October-November 2023, presented the Ukrainian educational experience at the “Helsinki Education Week” and in May 2025, organized a comprehensive Ukrainian panel at the “Canadian National Conference for Ukrainian Educators”.
- In June 2022, first in Ukraine held a charity press tour in 7 capitals of Europe “Kharkiv: Education in War” in June 2022.
- On February 26, 2024, organized the world's first offline international educational conference underground, "Kharkiv: Education Under Ground."
Results (together with the team):
